Why Drive Green
We have only ever sold electric cars. That focus is the whole point — it is why we can tell you things a general dealer cannot.
Every car gets a MOBA state-of-health test before sale, and you get the certificate. Not an estimate from the dashboard — a proper diagnostic read of the traction battery.
Battery health explained →The price on the card is the price you pay. No documentation charge appearing at the end, no "preparation" line, no pressure to add products you did not ask about.
How remote buying works →Not for a press weekend — we live with these cars. That is where the range figures, the charging quirks and the honest advice in our guides come from.

State of health
Battery degradation is the single biggest unknown when you buy a used electric car — and the one thing most listings stay quiet about.
We publish the state-of-health figure on the vehicle page, alongside the certificate. Most of our stock sits between 92% and 100%. When it is lower, we say so, and we price accordingly.
EV information
Our step by step EV charging guide will take you through the basics of how to keep your car charged. When considering an electric car, charging can seem confusing or challenging. In this guide, we will demonstrate how simple it is to keep your EV full of power.
We recommend that EV drivers consider installing a fast method of charging at home if budget and location allow. However, if you are able to leave your car on charge every night you may find slower charging with a standard plug to be perfectly manageable. This is also the perfect means to charge when you are visiting friends.
You will most likely find that almost all of your charging will take place at home or at work. However, when you go further afield you may need to use the UK’s public charging network.
From the blog
How you drive your EV is the most important factor in range maximization and hopefully this article will help you get the most from your EV when you need it to have the longest range possible.
We get lots of enquiries from customers who are looking specifically for EV models that have a heat pump based heating system fitted, with many people believing that this is a critical factor when choosing the right electric car for them. There are many factors to consider when deciding on the right EV for you (condition, colour, battery health, trim levels and spec,) so in this article we would like to explore how important having a heat pump in your EV actually is.
We’ve carefully selected Warrantywise as our EV warranty partner, as they provide a very comprehensive specialts EV warranty, which offers great coverage and is backed by tgheir great reputation as a quality warranty provider.
