We’ve carefully selected Warrantywise as our EV warranty partner. Warrantywise were the first used car warranty provider to protect EVs as an extension of their standard car warranties, they’ve since created dedicated EV warranties which we’re delighted to offer our customers.

Your EV warranty will include essential components for your peace of mind. This includes:

  • the auxiliary battery,
  • onboard charger,
  • AC power inverter,
  • DC to DC converter,
  • traction motor,
  • power regeneration braking system
  • thermal cooling system.

Additionally, it provides protection for the braking components, electrical system issues, and key fobs. Should you require a repair, Warrantywise can authorise repairs from any VAT registered garage.

How does my EV warranty work?
The warranty provided by Warrantywise is not an insurance policy but a contractual arrangement between the dealer and the customer. Warrantywise acts as an administrator, managing the dealer’s liability under the warranty agreement. As such, Warrantywise exercises discretion in handling repairs to ensure a fair and reasonable approach in each case.
What does my EV warranty include?
Parts and labour, as listed in your selected level of cover which is either; EV Plus or EV. We will not limit how many repairs you can make up to your total warranty value (the current retail value of your vehicle). Each repair is limited to the single repair limit. Premature failure cover ends when your vehicle reaches 8 years old or 80,000 miles. Please read your terms and conditions in full.
Who is my EV warranty with?
Your EV warranty is provided by Warrantywise Limited trading as Warrantywise, The Rocket Centre, Trident Park, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB1 3NU.
What doesn’t my EV warranty include?
No warranty covers ‘everything’ so please do read your terms and conditions in full. Any parts or items not specifically listed in the level of your warranty or those excluded in Section E ‘What your warranty does not include.’ Any parts which have not been serviced correctly, or have not been brought up to date per manufacturer guidelines (see section F). The warranty will not cover faults caused by a lack of correct and timely servicing. Worn-out parts. Pre-existing faults. Parts which have not suffered a
breakdown or premature failure.
